Packaging and Damages

I work only in porcelain. It is delicate and I package very carefully. Boxes need to allow for extra packaging materials. Should your purchase be of larger quantities or a large size, extra shipping charges will be calculated by Canada Post and billed separately via e-mail.

Please contact me via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving a damaged shipment. Include a picture of your piece plus the package. Unfortunately, shipping insurance only covers loss, but I will either refund you your money minus the shipping costs, or send you a replacement piece with only the shipping costs applying. Failure to contact me within 48 hours will nullify your claim with me.
